We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Boredbear. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• Time Limit: The return must be initiated (i.e., you must contact us) and the item must be received back by us within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
• Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all tags, instruction manuals, and accessories intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically not eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons:
• Gift cards

The Returns Process
1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please email us at [email protected] Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact return shipping address. Please do not send your item back without this authorization.
3. Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and mail your return to the address provided.
• We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.
4. Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above to send back the original item, and then place a new order for the item you would like. This is the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want.
